KitchenAid Refrigerator Not Starting

Reference Models: KRFC704FSS00

Problem: Unit will not start. The compressor is fine and the unit is receiving power. The inverter and main control boards have been changed with no effect. Lights come on but fans do now. User interface on the door indicates temperatures are in range, which is false.

Diagnosis:

Refer to tech sheet W10832390C.

If the temperature read out is telling you that the temperatures are normal but everything is at room temperature you may have a faulty thermistor either in the freezer or fresh food compartment. Run the diagnostics to see if it will give you more information on the issue, and attempt to run the compressor in diagnostic mode as well.
