These error code explanations can help you diagnose a problem with your Whirlpool model range.

1C/1C Unplugged keypad wire harness Disconnect power or unplug the range and reconnect the keypad wire harness on the electronic oven control. If the wire harness is already plugged in, it's likely that either the harness or keypad has failed; replace the keypad, which includes the harness. 3d/11, 3d/12, 3d/21 or 3d/22 Defective oven temperature sensor Disconnect power or unplug the range. Reconnect any loose wires on the oven temperature sensor wire harness. Replace the wire harness if it's damaged. Measure the oven temperature sensor resistance using a volt/ohm meter. If the resistance isn't 1080 ohms at 70F, replace the oven temperature sensor. 1d/11 or 1d/12 Oven too hot in Bake or Broil mode Disconnect power or unplug the range. Reconnect any loose wires on the oven temperature sensor wire harness. If the light works correctly, disconnect power or unplug the range and then reconnect any loose wires on the oven door lock assembly wire harness. Replace the wire harness if damaged.
